What documents do I need to apply?
For new students, you will need:
  • PSA Birth Certificate (original & photocopy)
  • Latest Report Card / Form 138
  • 2x2 Picture (2 pcs) — with white background; 1x1 (1 pc) additionally required for Grades 7 and up
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • ESC Certificate / QVR Certificate (Grades 8–12, if transferee came from a Private ESC School)
Once you have submitted all required documents, the Admissions Office typically reviews applications within 3–5 working days. You will receive an email notification with the result of your application.
Yes! Log in to SchoolAide, go to Enrollment, and click View My Application to check your application status.
Click on Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your email — just click the link to set a new password.
Creating an account and submitting your admission application online is free of charge. Tuition and enrollment fees will only be collected after your application has been accepted and you proceed to enroll.
